MOA Enterprises forms part of the MOA Impact Group and consists of different legally independent companies in Switzerland, the EU and Africa. As such, these legal entities work, amongst others, to implement the economic activities of the MOA concept. Currently MOA Enterprises consists of the following legally independent organizations:
MOA Enterprises is run in Switzerland under the legal corporate entity mokalab AG (UID: CHE-483.275.743), is a corporation under Swiss law dedicated to the implementation of the entrepreneurial activities of the MOA Foundation. mokalab AG offers Innovative Solutions to empower Swiss-based marginalized populations groups due to their based on origin or skin color for more equity.
MOA Enterprises is run in Africa under the under the legal corporate entity kadexi SARLU (N° RCCM : CI-ABJ-03-2021-B13-02464). kadexi SARLU is a corporation under ivory coast law dedicated to the implementation of the entrepreneurial activities of the MOA Foundation in Africa. kadexi SARLU offers innovative solutions to empower African Entrepreneurs for more equity.
Our core values are based on the African Adinkra sign for loyalty. kadexi therefore stands for loyalty to Black people and Africa. This loyalty is reflected in the fact that we work hard to promote the potential of African and Black owned/operated ventures worldwide. To achieve this we act according to the following standards:
